2. Services
CowTruck offers home delivery of dairy and related products. By using our services, you acknowledge that:
- You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including your address and contact details.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
- CowTruck reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate services at its discretion, without prior notice.
3. Orders and Deliveries
Subscription Service: CowTruck operates as a subscription-based delivery service. By enrolling, you acknowledge that you are signing up for recurring weekly deliveries. While the contents of each delivery may be modified by you, and deliveries may be skipped occasionally at your discretion, the service is intended to provide ongoing weekly delivery.
Placing an Order: You can place and modify orders through our Website. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your order and contact information.
Delivery: CowTruck will make its best efforts to deliver your order within the specified time frame. However, we do not guarantee specific delivery times and are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.

4. Pricing and Payment
Pricing: Prices for products and services are listed on the Website and are subject to change without notice.
Payment: CowTruck accepts payments through various methods, including credit cards and electronic payments. You agree to pay for all orders placed using your account.
5. Milk Box Purchase Terms
Customers purchase a milk delivery box (“Milk Box”) for use in connection with CowTruck deliveries. By purchasing a Milk Box, you agree to the following terms:
Separate Billing: The Milk Box is billed separately from grocery delivery orders. Charges will be invoiced weekly.
Payment Term: The total cost of the Milk Box will be determined at the time of purchase and will be divided into equal weekly payments over a period of twenty-four (24) months. Weekly charges will continue for the full 24-month term regardless of whether grocery deliveries are skipped or temporarily paused.
Obligation to Pay: You agree to pay the full 24-month obligation unless the Milk Box is returned in accordance with the terms below.
Early Termination / Account Closure: If your account is closed prior to the completion of the 24-month term—whether by your choice or by the dairy—you must do one of the following within seven (7) days of account closure:
- Return the Milk Box in good condition; or
- Pay the remaining balance of the Milk Box.
Definition of Good Condition: “Good condition” means the Milk Box is returned:
- Clean and free of debris, residue, or odors
- Structurally intact, with no cracks, breaks, or significant dents
- Fully functional, including hinges, lid, and insulation (if applicable)
- Without excessive wear beyond normal use, as reasonably determined by the dairy.
Failure to Return: If the Milk Box is not returned within seven (7) days, or if it is returned in a condition that does not meet the above standard, CowTruck reserves the right to charge the full remaining balance of the Milk Box to the payment method on file.
6. Privacy Policy
Your use of CowTruck is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found here. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of A.B. Munroe Dairy and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from our Website without our express written consent.
8. Disclaimer of Warranty
CowTruck provides its services "as is" and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of its services.
9. Limitation of Liability
CowTruck shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our services or products.
