Located in a scenic rural landscape, Hibbard Hill Farm is recognized as one of Connecticut's “Dairies of Distinction” and is celebrating over 100 years in operation.
Led by Donald and Susan Hibbard, the farm cares for 80 healthy cows and continues a family legacy that dates back to the 1600s. Their commitment to quality, tradition, and responsible farming reflects the same values we uphold at Munroe Dairy.

Located in Woodstock, Connecticut, Valleyside Farm has been in the Young family since the 1700s. Today, the farm manages over 200 cattle while maintaining a strong reputation for producing high-quality milk.Now led by Tim Young, Valleyside Farm continues its long-standing tradition of responsible farming, with a focus on preserving the land and passing the farm on to future generations.
